The Council no longer has access to Proactis (NEPO Portal) and have now migrated over to the new e-tendering system Open[external link]

The Council started migrating over to the system in October 2024. Suppliers are encouraged to register on the system to gain access to around 6,000 competitive opportunities every year. Registration is free and quick and easy to complete.

If you are currently on one the of the Councils Frameworks, you must register on Open to continue to receive opportunities.

Central Digital Platform/Find a Tender Service

In addition to the above suppliers are requested to register on the Central Digital Platform (CDP) / Find a Tender Services (FTS)[external link]. Further details on the CDP are available in the slide below and the YouTube video below.
